Sabrina L. Haney

Biography

Sabrina was born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana. She is a 1995 graduate of Terre Haute North High School. After high school, Sabrina attened IU Bloomington, where she studied business and psychology. In 1999, Sabrina graduated from IU with bachelor degrees in Accounting and Legal Studies; as well as a minor in pyschology. In 2002, Sabrina graduated from Valparaiso Univeristy School of Law and returned to Terre Haute. She worked in private practice from 2002 until 2007 in such areas as Family Law, Bankruptcy, Collections and Criminal Defense. In August 2007, Sabrina made a career change and became a Deputy Prosecutor with the Lake County Prosecutor's Office in Crown Point, Indiana. While in Lake County, Sabrina tried multiple high level felony and Murder trials; allowing her to hone her litigation skills. Then in September 2014, family obligations brought Sabrina back to Terre Haute. She worked with the Vigo County Prosecutor's Office from 2014 until February 2022.

Sabrina has been with Cox, Zwerner, Gambill and Sullivan since February 2022 as well as working for the Vigo County Public Defender's Office since September 2022.
